Alligator recording artist Anders Osbourne, who is currently touring in support of his label debut, American Patchwork, will be featured on National Public Radio’s All Things Considered on Tuesday, May 25, 2010. Host Melissa Block visited Anders in his hometown of New Orleans and talked with the singer, songwriter and guitarist about his relationship with the city as well as his new CD.

OffBeat magazine writer John Swenson called American Patchwork, “The living definition of great art. This is the album Osborne fans have been waiting for. The record is a focused and tuneful triumph. Anders Osbourne gifts as a guitar player are significant. His voice is so emotionally intense it feels like an explosion. He writes with remarkable eloquence.”

Anders Osbourne is currently on tour with The Stanton Moore Trio and will continue to tour the U.S. throughout the summer and into the fall.
